How quickly can you install?
In most cases, installation can be carried out as soon as the next day. If next-day installation isn’t available, we can usually fit the boiler within 2 days, subject to availability and confirmation of your details.
Is the £250 deposit refundable?
Yes. The £250 deposit is refundable if we can’t proceed after reviewing your details and photos, or if installation cannot go ahead as agreed.
Do you remove my old boiler?
Yes. We remove and responsibly dispose of your old boiler and related waste as part of a standard boiler swap.
Do I need a powerflush?
Not always. We include a chemical flush as standard. A full powerflush is recommended only where system condition, sludge, or circulation issues make it necessary.
Is the online quote really a fixed price?
Yes. Your quote is based on the information and photos you provide. To keep pricing accurate, please send clear photos and honest details of your existing setup. We can’t be held liable for additional materials or work that couldn’t reasonably be identified from the information provided.
What’s included in a standard boiler swap?
A standard boiler swap includes removal of the old boiler, installation of the new unit, a chemical system flush, commissioning, safety checks, and all required certification. Optional upgrades can be selected during the quote process.
Do you offer finance or payment plans?
Yes — finance is available on selected packages through our TradeHelp process, with lender approval and subject to status. Where a package is eligible, we show the monthly examples during checkout before you submit the finance request.
How long does a boiler installation take on the day?
Most like-for-like boiler swaps are completed within one day. More complex work — such as relocations or system changes — may take longer and will be confirmed in advance.
Do I need to be at home during the installation?
We only require access to the property on the day. If you’re comfortable, key access is fine. After installation, we can provide a video walkthrough of the new boiler and controls so you know exactly how everything works.
What warranties and guarantees do I get?
New boilers come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by model. All installations are also covered by our workmanship guarantee.
What happens if there’s an issue after installation?
If you experience any issues after installation, just get in touch. We’ll assess the problem promptly and resolve it in line with the manufacturer’s warranty and our workmanship guarantee.
