Does Landlord Core include a full annual boiler service?

No. Landlord Core is deliberately CP12-first. Full annual servicing and preventative checks start on Landlord Plus and Landlord Premier.

Why not just book a yearly gas safety check?

A yearly CP12 handles compliance. The higher landlord tiers go further by checking boiler condition, heating performance, and common fault areas before they become a bigger problem.

Are parts cover and labour unlimited?

No. Labour is subject to fair use and normal repair scope. Parts support is capped per property per 12-month period and always subject to exclusions.

What if the tenant is not in or the property has no gas or power for testing?

Access must be available and the required utilities must be live for safe testing. If the visit is wasted because access fails or gas, power, or water is unavailable, a reasonable failed attendance or rebooking charge may apply under the landlord terms.

Can you handle letting agents and landlords with several properties?

Yes. FlameCare Landlord can be set up around single lets, small portfolios, and agency-style accounts with grouped pricing and cleaner admin by enquiry.

What if the boiler is still under manufacturer warranty?

The manufacturer may still leave wider heating system issues, controls, filters, pipework, and annual compliance admin outside the boiler warranty. FlameCare Landlord helps cover that wider picture.
