Gas work should only be carried out by engineers who are correctly registered for it. That is the baseline, not an optional extra.
Check the assigned engineer
Ask for the engineer's current Gas Safe ID and confirm that the card lists the gas work being booked. We will provide the assigned engineer's details before gas work.
