Your package price is fixed for a standard installation based on the details you provide. After you upload photos, we confirm scope before install day. If something unusual is needed (e.g., major relocation, unexpected pipework work), we’ll tell you before proceeding.

Your package includes the boiler, standard install materials, commissioning, and paperwork. Many installs also include common upgrades (filter/flush options) depending on the package selected. Check the package summary during checkout.

Yes — packages are built around trusted brands. If you don’t see the model you want, contact us and we can add it.

The deposit reserves your installation slot and allows us to plan the job clearly. Materials are ordered once the deposit is taken.

The remaining balance is due within 7 days after installation, once the job is completed and you’ve had your handover and paperwork.

Yes — the deposit is refundable if we can’t proceed after confirming scope from your photos, or if we cannot supply/install as agreed. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

Finance is available on selected packages through TradeHelp, subject to status and lender approval. Where a package is eligible, we show the monthly examples during checkout before you submit the finance request.

In most cases, no. Photos and a quick phone call are enough. If your setup is unusual, we’ll tell you and arrange the right next step.

Yes. We use dust sheets and take care with floors, surfaces, and work areas. The aim is a tidy finish with minimal disruption.

You’ll receive the relevant commissioning documentation and safety paperwork for the work completed.

Yes — annual servicing is recommended and is usually required to keep manufacturer warranties valid.

Where applicable, we register the warranty with the manufacturer and provide the details at handover.
