Why We Ask for Photos

Photos let us confirm the flue position, condensate, gas pipe sizing, clearances and access — so your price and install day stay smooth.

Tip: natural light + a couple of wide shots makes approval faster.

  • Magnetic filter (where applicable)
  • System cleanse/flush option (package dependent)
  • Condensate & safety upgrades (where required)
  • Commissioning, handover & paperwork

Common Upgrades

  • Smart thermostat

  • Flue re-route / plume kit
  • Powerflush / cleaning upgrades

If your photos show anything unusual, we’ll confirm it before install day — no last-minute surprises.

How long does it take?

Most standard combi swaps are completed in a day. Relocations can take longer.

Simple Swap

Usually 1 day when replacing like-for-like in the same location.

Relocation

Typically 1–2 days depending on pipework and access.

System Changes

Converting types or major upgrades can take 2+ days.

Payments

Deposit secures your booking. The remaining balance is due within 7 days after installation.

Need to spread the cost?

Finance is available on selected packages through TradeHelp, subject to status and lender approval. Card or bank transfer remains available for non-finance bookings where enabled.

After install we register what needs registered and make sure you know exactly what to do next.

  • Annual service reminder (recommended to keep warranty valid)
