Is this just a monthly way to pay for a CP12?
Landlord Core is the compliance-first option and is built around the annual CP12. Landlord Plus and Landlord Premier are the service-led packages with full annual servicing and preventative checks built in.
What if a tenant does not provide access or there is no gas at the property?
The visit needs access and live utilities to go ahead. If the property cannot be worked on when we attend, a return visit may need rebooked and charges can apply.
Any additional upgrades?
Yes. Where suitable, you can add Legionella support from £3/month, PAT for furnished lets from £5/month, a combined compliance bundle from £7/month, and enhanced parts support from £5/month.
Can you price multi-property accounts?
Yes. FlameTec can quote portfolio or agency accounts separately, including lower per-property pricing at volume, consolidated billing, and a more managed support route.

Questions homeowners ask before they join FlameCare
A few quick answers before you join.
Does FlameCare include the annual boiler service?
Yes. FlameCare is built around the annual boiler service, with Basic covering the service itself and higher plans adding stronger repair, labour, and parts protection around it.
How much is FlameCare per month?
FlameCare Basic is £10 per month, FlameCare Plus is £18 per month, and FlameCare Pro is £24 per month.
Can I join if I’m outside Glasgow?
Yes. FlameCare is offered across Scotland, with local pages already shaped around Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lanarkshire, Aberdeen, Dundee, Inverness, Paisley, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Stirling, and wider Scottish towns.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. Customers can manage their subscription through the FlameCare billing flow and move between Basic, Plus, and Pro when needed. Add-ons or non-standard upgrades may need direct confirmation from FlameTec.
Can I add higher parts cover to FlameCare Pro?
Yes. Enhanced Parts Cover is available on Pro for +£5/month and lifts the yearly parts allowance from £250 to £500.
What happens after I join FlameCare?
After secure Stripe checkout, FlameTec confirms the plan by email, sends the brochure pack, and contacts you directly within 1 working day to arrange the first visit or confirm any suitability checks so the cover starts in a clear, managed way.
Are there any excess charges on Plus or Pro?
Plus and Pro do not have a standard excess.
Will FlameCare still work for an older boiler?
